Citizen Recruitment

This purely depends on the person’s experience!
If you are leaving education and at the start of your career then this section needs to be full of information as its important in showing of your educated skill set. You may wish to go into detail about what subjects you studied and what skills you can take from your time.
For someone with a vast amount of experience then you won’t need as much information. You will still need the dates, where, what you did etc but you won’t need to go into great detail about the courses or subjects studied – Unless you are asked for this.
