Is body language important at an interview?
Body language is essential!
Start the interview well with a good strong hand shake (practice on friends or family).
Make Eye contact
Sit facing the interviewer
Try to keep your hands still
Try not to interrupt when the interviewer is talking
Watch your hand movements. Make notes but try not to touch your face. Do not fold your arms.
Do not lean forward, sit with your back to the chair
If there is more than one interviewer talk to them all don’t just focus on one person.
